$10 STUDENT TICKETS
(Click on the link above to purchase $10 student tickets.)

Texas Performing Arts makes a limited number of $10 tickets available to students on a first-come, first-served basis. For popular performances student tickets run out quickly, so be sure to buy them as soon as they go on sale! Become a fan of The University of Texas at Austin Texas Performing Arts on Facebook to be one of the first to know about new shows and to find out when tickets go on sale.

There is a two ticket limit per show, per student ID. For clarification, let’s say you’re Bill Cosby’s biggest fan. He has two shows in one night. You could see both performances AND take a friend to each show – all tickets at the $10 price.

You may purchase tickets online or in person at the Bass Concert Hall ticket office. If you purchase tickets online, convenience charges will apply. Look for the “STUDENT TICKETS” tab on the right side of each individual performance page to purchase tickets online.

To pick up your tickets, present your student ID at the Bass Concert Hall ticket office. You may wait until the night of the performance to retrieve your tickets.

TIX FOR SIX
Tix for Six gives students the opportunity to save big on multiple shows throughout the year. Signing up for the Tix for Six program allows you to purchase tickets for $6 each versus paying $10 each for individual performances. If you love the performing arts and want to see a lot of shows, this is the best offer for you!

To sign up: simply choose the Performing Arts optional fee ($30) when you register for classes (it’s another option in the same list as the Longhorn All Sports Pass). You are then able to purchase up to two tickets to each of the events listed below. To pick up your tickets, present your student ID at the Bass Concert Hall ticket office. Tickets can also be purchased online and over the phone, but convenience charges will apply.

If you missed signing up during registration, go to the Main Building (aka the UT Tower) to pay for the fee at the Bursar’s office before heading over to our ticket office.

STUDENT GROUP CLUB
Nobody likes going to a show alone, so gather your friends and get free tickets! For groups of 10 or more, you will receive an 11th ticket FREE! More detailed information can be found here.

THEATRE & DANCE PACKAGE
The Department of Theatre and Dance also offers a discount ticket package to students during registration. The cost is $30 for the academic year or $15 a semester and includes four tickets that can be used at any of the department’s productions. Single tickets are available to students for $15. For more information on this package and upcoming productions, please visit the Department of Theatre and Dance Ticketing Information page .
