The College of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin prepares students for the creation, practice, study, criticism and teaching of the arts, in a context that emphasizes cultural diversity, community engagement and technological innovation.

The College encompasses the departments of Theatre & Dance and Art & Art History, the Butler School of Music, Texas Performing Arts and Landmarks, a campus-wide public art program.

Texas Performing Arts serves the College of Fine Arts as an incubator for new works, provides a professional setting for students to advance their skills in performing arts production and administration and offers hands-on learning experiences to University students and faculty.
